Operated Tyner machine, used saw to cut concrete for controlled cracking and expansion joints, and curb finisher. Plans work methods, sequence and lays out work, determines material required by calculation from mason or machinist handbook. Determines proper equipment, both hand and power, required to perform any number of floors or cement finishing tasks. Interprets complicated engineering specifications, blueprints, sketches, work orders to accomplish difficult assignments which require adherence to precise measurement and varied contours. Determined mix, setting time, shrinkage, expansion and reinforcement needed for a wide array of cements and epoxies to obtain the required strength and specifications for finish and contour. Applied various coatings such as muriatic acid, sealer, stabilizer, water proofing compound, epoxy paints or other coatings to finish a contour concrete and wood block floor. Performed precision concrete work, such as cutting wire way channels within .010" width and radii for electronic impulse to drive robotic drones on automated systems such as F.M.S. and pallet shuttle cells. Builds forms and pours concrete within 1/64" variation over a 12' span. I have extensive experance with Alsena/Simon form systems and

clamping systems and to include all scaffolding and shoring involved with these systems. Have knowledge of lifts up to eighty feet tall and thickness of six feet thick. I have Cut concrete pockets and installs pre-leveled plates for large machinery, verifies accuracy of plates and foundations using a precision jig transit to tolerances as close as .010" over a 6' to 12' area. Made evacuations to required depth and dimensions. Constructed properly spaced pier or pads to support the screed. Lays screed and levels concrete. Mixes and pours concrete into forms, finishes surfaces using trowel, float, water level, and other tools of the trade. Prepares concrete floor for placement of machine tools by air drilling, core drilling, chipping, and installing precision fixators located precisely in relation to machine center line. After placement of the machine tools, refinishes cement floor and lays wood floor blocks, cutting and finishing to proper size and shape. Installs machine tools and equipment lag bolts, anchors, thunder studs and hold downs and secures them with a wide variety of cements and epoxies. Creates angle iron foundations around machine tools and equipment to contain liquid by sealing foundation with chemical treatment and silicone sealant, before thunder studding angle iron. Operates heavy air hammer (90LB jack hammer) to break and loosen earth, rock, shale, concrete, etc., for evacuation and removal and to tamp earth and concrete fills. Operates a wide variety of power tools such as pneumatic drill, core drill, hilti drill, hammer drill, scarfier, concrete saw, router, mitre saw, circular saw and cement buggy. Provides access holes and channels for utilities through cinder block, brick and concrete buildings, walls and roofs, in the manufacturing buildings. Patches and fills utility trenches and openings, once utilities are installed. Installs safety railing and signs in concrete and metal.
